Our shipping guidelines and policies are designed to ensure that you receive your order on-time and as requested. Orders are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours, except during holidays and times of high demand. Currently we ship all of our packages through USPS at a flat rate of $6.75, please allow one week. We also ship to APO address for $6.75, it may take a little longer to receive packages. After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us and we will immediately begin processing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive another confirmation email from us including a tracking number.

We currently do not ship to international destinations but we are working to expand our business to reach out to our customers from all corners of the globe.

If, for any reason, you feel that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we welcome all requests for product returns and are committed to giving you a full refund minus the shipping charges incurred for the order. We only request that all return requests be made within 30 days from the day the purchase was made. We currently do not accept exchanges.

All returns will be promptly processed upon its arrival in our facility and refunds will be issued through the same means that the purchase was made. If, for example, you bought our product through a credit card, we will return the original charged amount to the credit card.
Please expect to receive an email from us once the refund processing has been done. We likewise request that you check with your chosen financial company to help verify that the refund has been received not earlier than 5 to 7 days after the refund was placed.
Damages and Shortages
In the event that you received damaged goods because of handling during transit, we request that you immediately notify us via email within 2 days of delivery. This will allow us to place the necessary claims with the carrier. We also request that you retain the damaged packaging in case the shipping company moves to inspect the package to verify the incident
